Bubsy the Bobcat is the main protagonist in the Bubsy franchise, and would have been playable in PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. His Minion would be Arnold Armadillo.

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?
When a group of pesky aliens called Woolies steals Bubsy's whole collection of yarnballs, the Bobcat sets out on an epic quest to get them back. Later, he went through the Amazatorium to stop the evil doctor Oinker P. Hamm from stealing historical events and wandered through fairy tales. He even somehow got into Planet Rayon and must collect atoms and rocket pieces to get back to Earth.
